Ruth has over 30 years’ experience as a head chef and executive head chef, raising the quality of the dining experience in private restaurants in business, industry and education, and on the high street in gastro-pubs and themed cafés.
She brings vision, innovation and creativity to the design brief; but on top of that, thanks to her hands-on experience in the kitchen, she can communicate her vision and enthusiasm to the working team, creating a sustainable model that they can carry forward.
The ultimate client, of course, is the diner, and Ruth’s passion is to impress your clients with restaurant-quality food made with fresh local ingredients, responding to their desire for better quality and a healthy and varied diet.
