Before joining MYA, Tia played a hands-on role in opening and transforming hospitality spaces, developing menus, building loyal teams, and creating guest experiences with impact and personality. Known for her creativity, she has designed imaginative food and beverage concepts that reflect a venue’s identity and connect meaningfully with its audience.
Tia’s background gives her a rare advantage as a support lead in consultancy: she understands the pressures on the ground and knows what it takes to bring strategy to life at service level. She provides essential coordination across the studio, working closely with senior consultants and creatives to keep projects running smoothly.
