MYA is proud to have Ben Donaldson as our Creative Director, bolstering our creative leadership at a time of rapid international growth. Ben’s career is truly global. Originally from Australia, he began his culinary career as a chef in leading kitchens across Australia and London, including Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen, where he trained up-and-coming chefs and helped foster a dynamic kitchen culture. He was part of the team for the launch of Covent Garden’s Hospital Club with Adam Byatt, establishing it as one of London’s most talked-about venues.

Ben’s approach is always grounded in understanding client ambition and culture, then crafting bold, deeply creative, and highly usable solutions. He’s known for great team leadership that combines drive, purpose, and a collaborative spirit to deliver results that genuinely stand out.

Over the last 15 years, Ben has become a highly respected design consultant, delivering standout hospitality projects in both Australia and the UK. He brings a sharp blend of operational insight and creative vision to clients worldwide. With Ben on board, MYA enters an exciting new era of innovative leadership and international reach.

When he’s not working, Ben loves the outdoors, whether it’s walking the dog or just getting some fresh air. True to form, cooking is something he finds relaxing, especially when he’s trying new things.
