Registered Nutritionist
Diane is a Registered Nutritionist with over 20 years of experience spanning public health, education, elite sport and the food industry. Her work sits at the intersection of science, wellbeing and performance, and she plays a central role in supporting MYA’s clients with evidence-based nutritional insight.
Her consultancy work has included major retailers, schools, hospitals, local authorities and sports organisations. From menu design and allergen analysis to team training and one-to-one coaching, Diane brings clarity and practicality to the complex world of nutrition. Her background includes high-level support for elite athletes—from track and field to solo, round-the-world yachting campaigns.
Diane is also an educator and specialist writer. She’s authored the nutrition training manuals issued by the Royal Society for Public Health, and continues to lecture on nutrition and food safety, contributing to training across multiple sectors.
When she’s not working, Diane’s a competitive sailor and race officer with experience ranging from short inshore sprints to global offshore races.
