Martha is an architectural designer with a rare blend of technical precision, creative flair, and editorial skill. She holds a first-class BA (Hons) in International Interior Architecture from the University of the West of England her degree reflects her global outlook and multidisciplinary strengths across design, storytelling, and heritage.
Before joining MYA, Martha worked on the BBC’s DIY SOS: The Big Build, where she coordinated planning applications, produced architectural drawings, and managed teams to meet the demanding schedules of live TV production. Her passion for architectural history took her to Historic England, where she served as editor of Historic England Advice magazine.
At MYA, she plays a key role in delivering creative and technically robust design work for projects. Her design approach blends software fluency with hand-drawn sensitivity and is always focused on user experience, narrative, and legacy. She works fluidly across Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Twinmotion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Outside work, she’s a lover of the outdoors often found cooking, walking, running, or swimming in the wild. Recently she spent 6 months travelling solo across Latin America.
