Sales and Marketing Lead

Sarah-Jane is MYA’s Sales and Marketing Lead, supporting the development of the company’s communications, client engagement and wider marketing activity. With a background in marketing and hospitality, she brings a practical understanding of customer experience, clear communication and the importance of building relationships that last beyond the first conversation.

At MYA, Sarah-Jane works across sales support, marketing coordination, content planning and day-to-day communication, helping the team present its work with clarity, consistency and purpose. Her role connects the commercial and creative sides of the business, ensuring that MYA’s expertise, values and project stories are shared in a way that feels confident, accessible and properly aligned with the brand.

Sarah-Jane is particularly interested in collaboration, community and helping MYA continue to develop its marketing strategy as the business grows.

Outside work, she has a strong passion for musical theatre, something she has been involved with from a young age and credits with helping build her confidence. She also enjoys going to the gym, travelling and learning about new cultures.
