Tim is MYA’s in-house data scientist and mathematical modeller, specialising in the development of high-impact predictive tools that support strategic decision-making across hospitality, design and sustainability. With deep expertise in simulation, algorithm design and systems modelling, Tim helps clients understand complex problems and forecast the real-world outcomes of design and operational choices.

His modelling work ranges from footfall volume prediction and P&L forecasting to design optimisation and carbon impact analysis. Whether embedded within design teams or working independently on systems, Tim’s data-driven insights translate directly into clearer planning and better decisions.

Tim provides high-level mathematical insight that empowers MYA clients to make confident, data-informed decisions, grounded in robust modelling and future-focused thinking.
