As Tricks of the Restaurant Trade was aired on Monday night June 17th on Channel Four, featuring a whole section on menu engineering, we were rather proud that our managing director, Carla McKenzie, had been part of the advising team.

It was great to see so many of our clients on the stand and testing out our headphone giveaway!
