MYA Welcomes Moe, Martha and Emily!

MYA would like to welcome its three new team members; Moe Karimzada, Martha Titcombe, and Emily Wallace!

Moe has hands-on experience in events management and a keen sense of organisation and planning. He developed these skills over several years at Rolls-Royce PLC. Moe was part of a team responsible for industry and local events, conferences, and incoming business, covering everything from winning clients, to building the team and balancing the books.

This makes him a perfect fit for supporting our MD as her new PA.

Martha is our new architectural designer who has joined us from the BBC TV Series DIY SOS: The Big Build’ where she had an exciting time as a design assistant. She balances her architectural skills with strengths in writing and graphic design – she was the editor of the college architectural magazine and edited the news magazine Historic England Advice.

Martha has a broad skill set in many creative areas which makes her a valuable asset to MYA.

Emily joined MYA originally as a PA.  She had already achieved a degree in visual communication, so we are excited to have created a pathway for her to move into our excellent design department. She has experience in content creation for social media platforms and has managed these aspects in fields such as healthcare. She also has a high-level skill set in Adobe Creative Suite.

With this knowledge of social media and abilities with creative software, Emily is an excellent addition to MYA’s design team.

  • The team, led by Carla McKenzie, were meticulous in every detail. They modelled the cleaning requirements to deliver the optimum solution for the facilities across EMEA, and really took time to understand the culture of our business. I have no hesitation in recommending MYA and its team – they are dedicated and innovative, and always go the extra mile.

  • Carla and her team have broad experience in the industry. Apart from being very supportive in inventing (new) concepts, they also make use of their many years of experience when implementing these concepts. Their ultimate goal is to let people enjoy honest and good food.

  • Carla and her team worked tirelessly with us to ensure our very international and cross-cultural needs were met with great creativity and skill. They listened to us, responded to our needs and delivered above expectations.

  • They are brave enough to challenge others in pursuit of the ultimate solution, whether it be behind the scenes with kitchen flow and catering management, or front-of-house service and design.

  • If all companies who serve the independent school sector had your breadth of vision and openness of mind, I have little doubt that the sector would be a richer and more exciting place to be.

    Phillip Godfrey, Bursar, Halliford School
  • During the negotiation process, Carla’s knowledge and expertise enabled our company to achieve a very strong commercial outcome, and some significant savings were yielded from the exercise.
