It has been a fast-paced month for me, engaging in MYA’s approach – data-driven and benefit-focused – all within an accelerating industry upturn and increasing client confidence.
Collaboration with the design department has demonstrated the calculation, quality, and innovation at the heart of design proposals. I have enjoyed working alongside the broader team who are dedicated, friendly and fun.
From a technical perspective, projects at railway stations as well as historic and grade listed buildings have presented new challenges and opportunities for professional development. It has been a pleasure working with clients in new environments, through the support provided by MYA leadership.
The recent ISBA conference – a first for me – was an enjoyable way to meet existing and prospective clients, and to help contextualise my role which will be delivering measurable transformation throughout the whole project life cycle.”
