As Tricks of the Restaurant Trade was aired on Monday night June 17th on Channel Four, featuring a whole section on menu engineering, we were rather proud that our managing director, Carla McKenzie, had been part of the advising team.

It was great to see so many of our clients on the stand and testing out our headphone giveaway! Congratulations to Amanda Webb from Lady Barn House School, who won our first prize, a cookery course for two at the award-winning Bettys Cookery School in Harrogate. Our runner-up prize went to Julie Henrick from Solihull School, who won an MYA training course.

The MYA team are preparing for the ISBA conference in Manchester on the 21st and 22nd May 2019. We are looking forward to seeing clients and catering industry colleagues.
